Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Laksh Digi Solutions Pty Ltd handles information through lakshdigi.com.au, platform.lakshdigi.com.au, Laksh Publisher Intelligence and related publisher services. We aim to handle personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable Australian privacy requirements.

2. Information you provide

We may receive your name, email address, business or workspace name, website details, contact-enquiry information, account credentials and other information you choose to provide. Passwords are stored as one-way password hashes rather than readable passwords.

3. Publisher platform data

When you use Laksh Publisher Intelligence, we may store publisher workspaces, websites you add, ownership-verification status, audit results, monitoring preferences, alerts, audit history and account activity needed to operate the service. Public audits may analyse publicly available website content and technical endpoints such as ads.txt, robots.txt and public page markup.

4. Technical and security information

Our hosting, security and application systems may process IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, request logs, security events and similar technical information for service delivery, abuse prevention, debugging and security. Sensitive rate-limit identifiers used by the platform are designed to be stored as keyed hashes rather than raw IP addresses.

5. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure our websites and platform, respond to enquiries, authenticate users, verify publisher properties, run requested audits, deliver monitoring and alerts, troubleshoot services, improve our products and maintain appropriate business and security records.

6. Service providers

We may use specialist providers to operate our services, including cloud hosting and deployment, managed PostgreSQL infrastructure, transactional email delivery and website-performance analysis. Our current production architecture is designed around services such as Vercel, Neon, Resend and Google PageSpeed Insights where those services are enabled. These providers may process limited information needed to perform their functions and may operate infrastructure outside Australia.

7. Cookies and sessions

Laksh Publisher Intelligence uses a secure session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated. We may introduce analytics or other optional cookies in the future; if we do, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated to reflect the production implementation.

8. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and records, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Access, correction and deletion

You can contact us to ask about personal information associated with you, request correction, or request account/data deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain information where required or permitted by law.

10. Contact and complaints

Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@lakshdigi.com.au or through our contact page. If you raise a privacy concern, please give us enough information to understand and investigate it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as our products, service providers and legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current published version.
