Terms of Service

1. About these terms
These terms govern use of Laksh Digi Solutions Pty Ltd websites, Laksh Publisher Intelligence and related self-service publisher technology. By creating a platform account or using functionality that expressly references these terms, you agree to them.
2. Publisher audits and automated findings
Audits, scores, alerts and recommendations are diagnostic information generated from available signals. They may be incomplete, delayed or affected by website configuration, network conditions, third-party systems and later changes. You remain responsible for reviewing findings before making material technical, advertising or business decisions.
3. No guaranteed commercial outcome or Google status
Our technology and recommendations do not guarantee advertising revenue, platform approval, policy compliance, search performance, Google Certified Publishing Partner status, MCM access, Ad Exchange access or any other commercial result. Laksh Digi Solutions does not claim a Google partnership designation unless an applicable designation is expressly stated after formal authorisation.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential and promptly notify us if you believe an account has been compromised. We may require email verification and may restrict or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties.
5. Authorised website use
You may only use authenticated monitoring, ownership verification or deeper assessment functionality for websites you own, operate or are authorised to assess. You must not use the service to probe private networks, evade access controls, overload systems, scrape the platform at unreasonable scale or interfere with service operation.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change as Laksh Publisher Intelligence develops. We may impose reasonable usage limits, maintenance windows or beta restrictions and may discontinue functionality where necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Laksh Digi Solutions and Laksh Publisher Intelligence names, product interfaces, software, scoring systems, original content and materials are owned by or licensed to Laksh Digi Solutions Pty Ltd. These terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property.
8. Your content and publisher data
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant us the limited rights reasonably needed to host, process and analyse that information to provide the requested services, operate security controls and support your account.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every issue will be detected or every recommendation will be suitable for a particular publisher. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.
